Acceptance of Terms of Use
The terms and conditions stated below, along with the policies and guidelines located throughout this Site (collectively herein the “Terms of Use”) govern your use of this Site (“Site”).  This Site is a website where users can participate in activities and play games.  This is the sole purpose of this Site (the “Purpose”).  Please review these Terms of Use carefully before playing.  If you are under 18, please ask your parents to review these Terms of Use, and ask their permission to use the Site.  Use of the site will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.  Planet Cazmo urges you to become familiar with online safety practices and strongly discourages using a username containing personally identifiable information, such as your full name or address.

Use of Information and Ideas Submitted

  • By creating a Cazmo avatar, chatting in message rooms, or sending us comments you agree that Pileated Pictures can use your Cazmo avatar  and/or content elsewhere on our Services, royalty-free without limitation, in connection with websites, games and advertising.  For more information about the how we use information collected from you, please refer to our Privacy Policy, at http://www.planetcazmo.com/privacy.html.

Planet Cazmo is free to use any comments, ideas, concepts, and the like (the “Ideas”) contained in any communication you may send to Planet Cazmo.  Planet Cazmo shall have no obligation to compensate you in any way for the Ideas, even if the Ideas are used by Planet Cazmo for commercial purposes, including use by Planet Cazmo for modifying or improving the Site.  Furthermore, by posting or displaying any such Ideas on our site, you hereby grant to us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, use, reproduce or modify the Ideas.

  • All user profiles, avatars and content in or on the chat rooms are created by users and not by Pileated Pictures. As a condition of use of the Site, you agree not to:

Cazmo Memberships or purchases of Cazmo Coins are non-refundable.

Appropriate Behavior

You are expected to behave appropriately at all times while on Planet Cazmo. This means that you will be courteous and respectful of others and never say or do nasty, insulting, sexually explicit, racially, ethnically or religiously disparaging or other inappropriate things. If you do any of these things or fail to behave appropriately at all times, we reserve the right to freeze or delete your account immediately and without notice. All Planet Cazmo assets and coins will be forfeit and are non refundable. Additionally, you may be bared from creating a new account.

Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Planet Cazmo and its affiliates with respect to the use of this Site.  This agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Planet Cazmo.  If any part of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
